Fiona Cowie

Fiona Cowie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer and Group Human Resources Director at Thomas Miller since January 2016. Fiona's career includes roles such as Chief of Staff, Group HR Director, and Senior HR Manager at Thomas Miller, along with a consulting position as an HR, Reward, and Workplace Pensions Consultant from May 2010 to January 2016. Previous experience includes the role of International Reward, Pensions & Benefits Manager at Pitney Bowes and various interim HR consultancies. Fiona began their career in human resources at PwC, where significant contributions were made as Senior HR Manager, followed by HR Manager at Pinsent Masons, and HR & Office Manager at MCG Consulting Group. Fiona’s foundational years were spent in the British Army, holding various officer positions and serving as an Officer Cadet at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Education includes a BA (Hons) in Sports Studies from Northumbria University and being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD).
