Aisling O'Laoire

Aisling O'Laoire is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate transactions and securities law, currently serving as Counsel at Thompson Hine LLP since July 2022. Prior to this role, Aisling worked at Harper Legal as a Corporate Startup/Growth Company Attorney from September 2015 to July 2022, and served as an Associate Attorney at Laduzinsky & Associates, P.C., focusing on commercial litigation, election law, and nonprofit management. Aisling's legal expertise was also developed through roles as a Law Clerk and Legal Intern, providing support in transactional documents and legal research, as well as administrative positions in nonprofit settings. Aisling holds a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from DePaul University.
