Brian Pancir has a rich and extensive work experience in the culinary field. Brian started their career in 1999 as an Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine at Jean George. Brian then worked as an Executive Chef at Estiatorio Milos, Legal Seafood Boston, and Old Mill Inn. In 2008, they joined Legends Hospitality as a Chef and later became an Executive Chef at Star Career Academy in 2011. Brian also served as a Chef and Consultant for Lady Gaga 'Joannes'. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Executive Chef at Westminister & Goldshorse Radish. In 2014, they joined Pancir Inc as an Executive Chef and currently holds the position of Corporate Director of Culinary at Thompson Hospitality since 2023. Throughout their career, Brian Pancir has demonstrated their passion, knowledge, and expertise in the culinary industry, as well as their commitment to mentoring and teaching aspiring culinary professionals.

Brian Pancir attended the NY Restaurant School/St. John's University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Culinary, Business, Hospitality, and Dietician. Brian then pursued further education at Le Cordon Bleu Paris from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
