Steven Emde

Steven Emde is an Associate at Thompson Street Capital Partners since August 2023, following a distinguished career in the US Navy from August 2016 to November 2023, where Steven served in various capacities including Lieutenant, Naval Flight Officer, Senior Instructor, and Operations Officer. As a Senior Instructor, Steven trained Naval Flight Officers, while as Operations Officer, Steven managed a $27 million operational budget, coordinating the deployment of aircrew and aircraft. Steven also excelled as a Mission Commander, leading operations for the Navy's E-6B Mercury in support of strategic commands, and as an Avionics Division Officer, overseeing a large maintenance department. Steven completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy in 2016 and possesses a solid foundation in leadership and operational management.
