Matt Burton

Matt Burton has extensive work experience in the trucking industry. Matt began their career in 2000 as a Mechanic in the US Army, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Thompson Truck & Trailer, Inc. as a Diesel Mechanic and later as a Shop Foreman. Matt then joined Tennant Truck Lines as a Maintenance Director from 2008 to 2010. Matt returned to Thompson Truck & Trailer, Inc. in 2010 as a Service Manager and worked their way up to become the General Manager, a position they held until 2021. In 2015, they briefly worked at Truck Country as an Assistant Service Manager before joining Omni Specialized LLC as the Director of Maintenance from 2016 to 2017. Matt is currently serving as the Service Director at Thompson Truck & Trailer since October 2021.

From 2005 to 2007, Matt Burton attended Black Hawk College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician.
