Wesley Poff

Wesley Poff is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Thomson Industries, Inc. since August 2018, Wesley leads a team focused on end-to-end design, custom solutions, technical support, and training for equipment distributed globally. Previously, as Director of Engineering at PPB Engineering & Systems Design, Inc. from January 2008 to August 2018, Wesley managed all technical aspects of the business, overseeing a team responsible for $10 million in annual revenue. Prior experience includes serving as EGroup Manager at Integer Holdings Corporation, where Wesley led engineering teams in the manufacturing of components for medical devices, and as a Process Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, focusing on process improvements in optical fiber manufacturing. Wesley holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and an MBA in International Business from Virginia Tech.
