Shane Hansen is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in driving business expansion and enhancing organizational efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Thomson Instrument Company since December 2014, Shane has effectively modernized the company's voice and data network. Previously, as the Owner and Principal Consultant of Proweb, Shane transformed corporate infrastructures for clients, improving systems across various platforms. Shane's career began at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where a trajectory from Senior Business Analyst to Supervisor Command Center showcased expertise in supervising call center operations and improving financial service infrastructure. Shane holds an Associate degree in Computer Information Science with a focus on Computer Networks and Applications from Coleman University.
