Eleanor Allman

Eleanor Allman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Thomson Reuters since July 2007, currently serving as Director of Leadership Development and Director of ET&O Talent & Development. In these roles, Eleanor focuses on aligning talent strategies with business priorities, employing methodologies such as organisational network analysis and strategic workforce planning, and implementing culture change initiatives. Prior to these positions, Eleanor held roles including HR Org Effectiveness and Planning Manager and HRBP for Customer Technical Services, where responsibilities included leadership and talent development as well as organizational design. Eleanor began professional experience as a Project Manager for Graduate Programs and as an HR Advisor at Hitachi Consulting. Academically, Eleanor holds a BSc in European Politics, French, and Spanish from Cardiff University, Sciences-Po, and Universidad de Valencia, as well as a Master’s Degree in Organisational Development & Change Management from Kingston University.
