Brent Pawlak

Brent Pawlak currently serves as the Head of Sourcing at THOR Industries, Inc., since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brent was the Vice President of Supply Chain for the Vehicle Group North America at Eaton Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a $2B+ annual revenue and supporting nine production facilities. Brent's extensive experience at Eaton spanned multiple leadership positions, driving global business unit activities, product line growth, and engineering budget management. Previous roles included Principal Sales Engineer at The Timken Company, specializing in driveline bearing applications for Ford. Brent holds an MBA in Integrated Management from Michigan State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
