Paul Xhori

Paul Xhori is an Application Engineer at Thorlabs since January 2022, with a background in physics research and education. Paul worked as a Temporary Researcher at Drexel University from September 2015 to December 2021, focusing on Ultrafast Electron Diffraction, and held positions as a Teaching Assistant for various physics courses. Paul studied ultrafast structural dynamics of electronically correlated materials during a doctoral program at Drexel University, earning a Ph.D. in Physics in September 2021. Prior research experience includes roles at the University of Pennsylvania and Villanova University, where Paul developed skills in data analysis using MATLAB and Python, as well as LabVIEW for programming applications. Bachelor of Science in Physics was obtained from Villanova University in 2015.
