Kristin Boorse

Kristin Boorse has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Kristin is currently the Vice President of Victim Identification at Thorn, where they lead teams in developing products and data to identify child victims of online child sexual abuse. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product Management at Thorn, where they oversaw product management and product marketing teams and created scalable and transparent product portfolios.

Before joining Thorn, Kristin held various roles at The 41st Parameter, Toolbox.com, Choice Hotels International, WorldatWork, Borders, and Target. These roles included positions such as Sr. Product Manager, Associate Director of Online Communities, Product Manager, IS Program Manager, Sr. Business Solutions Consultant, and Manager of HR Systems Projects.

Throughout their career, Kristin has demonstrated strong skills in project management, business analysis, and developing strategic visions for organizations. Kristin has a passion for leveraging technology to combat predatory behavior, protect vulnerable children, and improve the world's response to online child sexual abuse.

Kristin Boorse completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California Lutheran University in the years of 1992 to 1996. In 1993, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Institute for American Universities in Aix-en-Provence, France. Prior to their university education, they attended Canyon Del Oro High School.
