April Jerger, SHRM-CP, PHR has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. April started their career in 1998 as a Department Assistant at MTL Insurance Company. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Sales Associate at Northwest Duty Free Boutique. In 2004, they joined LarsonAllen as a Client Service Assistant. April then worked at Manpower as an HR Associate from 2005 to 2008. Since December 2008, April has been serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Thornton Fractional High School District 215.
