Ron Snell

Ron Snell has extensive work experience in the refractory industry. Ron started their career in 1979 at AP Green Refractories Company, where they worked in refractory sales and construction until 1989. Ron then joined Empire Refractory Specialists, Inc as the President, a role they held until 2012. In 2007, they started their own company, Smith-Sharpe Fire Brick Supply. In 2013, they became the Senior Market Development Director at Thorpe Specialty Services Corporation.

Ron Snell earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from Missouri State University, where they attended from 1975 to 1979.
