Charmaine Mabini has worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years. Charmaine began their career in 2010 as a Collections Care Specialist at Convergys Corporation. In 2012, they joined Matrix Resources as a Technical Recruiter. In 2013, they were an Admin and Recruitment Assistant at Benedict Carl Manpower Consulting Inc. and then a Recruitment Coordinator and Payroll Practitioner at IBM in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Virtual Assistant at AWM Accountants. In 2017, they were a Recruitment Lead Generation Assistant/Associate Recruiter at Virtual Coworker. In 2018, they were a Sourcing Lead at Remote Workmate and a Technical Recruitment Coordinator at Eclipse Talent Partners. In 2020, they worked as a Freelance Recruiter at Upwork. Charmaine currently works as a Recruitment Manager and Lead Technical Recruiter at ThorTech Solutions. As Lead Technical Recruiter, they are heavily involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, such as attending client discovery/intake calls, sourcing and interviewing candidates, endorsing potential candidates to clients, creating talent pools/pipelines, initiating background checks, and extending offers if needed. Charmaine also acts as the Subject Matter Expert of the Recruitment Team.
