Pete Moores is the Customer Success Manager at ThoughtExchange. Prior to ThoughtExchange, Pete was the Director of Partner Experience Department at BroadbandTV (BBTV) from December 2013 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for departmental strategy and management, customer support, value proposition development and services, and the audience development program (channel growth).

Pete has extensive experience in developing, planning and executing goals that contribute to a company's customer life-cycle, consumption growth, partner retention, churn insights, partner satisfaction, brand loyalty and value creation & delivery. Pete has also defined, managed and evolved KPIs pertaining to churn, retention and consumption. In addition, Pete has developed and implemented plans, processes and KPIs to develop and deliver value-adds across multiple partner tiers, segments and territories.

Pete's experience in overseeing the customer support function of a business and the development of a company's customer knowledge base has been invaluable in their current role as Customer Success Manager at ThoughtExchange. Their experience in developing and facilitating rewards & recognition programs for customers across multiple partner tiers, segments and territories has helped him to create a successful customer success program at ThoughtExchange.

Pete Moores has a certificate in professional life coaching from Rhodes Wellness College, a diploma in travel and tourism from Canadian Tourism College, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Education with a focus on outdoor education from State University of New York College at Cortland. Pete also has a recreation education certification from Dalhousie University. In addition, they have certifications from YouTube in content ownership, content strategy, and channel growth.

They work with Christine Alves - Customer Success Manager, Anna McClean (she/her) - Customer Success Manager, and Eric Douglas - Commercial Customer Success Manager. Pete Moores reports to Michaela Becker, VP Customer Success.
