Ifeoma N. O. is an experienced professional with a robust background in leadership and project management, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Global Chief Client and Revenue Officer at Thoughtworks since June 2019. Previously, Ifeoma held multiple roles at IBM from October 2001 to May 2019, including Agile Delivery Project Manager and Transformation Methods Leader, where Ifeoma led successful software delivery teams and facilitated organizational transformations using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
