John Reid-Dodick

John Reid-Dodick is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational leadership with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Chief People & Leadership Officer at Thoughtworks since September 2025, John also acts as an advisor for Natter on a part-time basis. Prior to these positions, John held the role of Chief People Officer at AlphaSense, Inc. from February 2020 to September 2025 and served as Senior Vice President of Culture and Chief People Officer at WeWork from January 2016 to February 2020. John’s career in leadership roles also includes a tenure as Chief People Officer at Dun & Bradstreet from February 2014 to January 2016. John Reid-Dodick holds a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and an M.A. in Politics from New York University.
