Radhika Gillam

Radhika Gillam is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in technology and finance. As of June 2021, Radhika serves as the European Lead Recruiter and Talent Project Manager at Thoughtworks, where responsibilities include fostering a vibrant community focused on impactful technology solutions. Previously, Radhika held the role of Recruitment Advisor - Senior Associate at EY, where an initiative for the Tech Recruitment Hub was established, later expanding to EY Global. Radhika's career includes diverse positions at ONE SEARCH, Clyde & Co, Hays, Havas, and MetFilm School, covering areas such as corporate finance and recruitment consulting. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Hull and a Diploma in Merchandising and Buying Operations from the London College of Fashion, alongside ACCA qualifications.
