Grace Garnham

Grace Garnham has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Grace currently works at Threads Styling as a Talent Manager, where they are responsible for shaping the company's culture and recruitment strategy. Prior to this, they worked at Browns Fashion as a Talent Acquisition Executive, where they implemented talent initiatives and managed recruitment efforts. Grace also has experience at Hobbs London as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, where they designed and implemented an efficient recruitment process. Additionally, Grace has worked as a Luxury Fashion Recruitment Consultant at Switch Recruitment, a Luxury Stylist at ITV, and a Sales Account Manager at brandsdirection.com. Grace has also worked in various roles at Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and Global. Before entering the fashion industry, Grace worked as an actress as a self-employed individual.

Grace Garnham attended the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Fashion Buying and Merchandising. Prior to that, they pursued a BA Hons degree at The Hammond from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Grace has obtained certifications including an Agile Expert Certificate of Proficiency from AgileHR in December 2022 and becoming a Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner at Thomas International in October 2022.
