Edmund Wong

Edmund Wong currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Three Square Food Bank since November 2023 and has been the Principal Consultant at Edmund Wong Consulting, located at Chefs Office, LLC, since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Edmund Wong held several key positions at the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas, including Chief Executive Officer, Vice President of Hospitality and Student Support, and Executive Director of Hospitality Operations and Student Support from September 2020 to November 2023. Earlier experience includes serving on the Advisory Council Board at the College of Southern Nevada from September 2017 to May 2019, Vice President of Food and Beverage at The Mirage from May 2016 to May 2019, and a succession of roles at Bellagio from August 2003 to May 2016, including Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. Edmund Wong began a culinary career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from September 1994 to August 2003. Educational background includes studies at Simon Fraser University and a degree in Culinary Arts from Vancouver Community College.
