Donna Norris

Donna Norris currently serves as the Director of GWAC Programs and Facility Security Officer at Three Wire Systems, a position held since June 2015. In this role, Donna oversees critical government-wide acquisition contracts while also managing security protocols. Prior to their tenure at Three Wire Systems, Donna was with PCMG from April 2005 to May 2015, where Donna worked as a Program Manager, leading the bid response team for NASA SEWP IV, ECS III, and GSA Schedule 70 initiatives.
