FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (SALES) POSITION SUMMARY

Threshold Brands is a leading provider of home services across the US and Canada.  Our family of brands offers unique services which revive a home’s appearance and value, inside and out. We are seeking a Franchise Development Manager for our Heating & Air Paramedics and Plumbing Paramedics brands. This role will manage the life cycle and pipeline of the franchise recruitment process while utilizing internal and external partners, including brokers and operations and analytics to maximize growth opportunities within each brand. You will be responsible for new unit growth, coming from both existing and new franchisees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position works in the Franchise Sales team and drives growth by managing qualified inbound leadsand through cold calling to generate demand.
  • Engages with qualified inbound leads to move them through the sales process via various modes of contact.
  • Generates new sales leads via cold-calling into target market and businesses
  • Effectively manage a pipeline with multiple contacts
  • Meet metrics including daily cold calling targets, incorporation of defined discovery questions, call performance objectives, and monthly quotas

 PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of franchise sales (home services a plus)

  • Ability to nurture a prospect through a sales cycle

  • Demonstrable experience and relationships within broker community

  • Microsoft Office and CRM skills required

  • Knowledge of mapping software/territory checks a plus

  • Ability to “self-motivate” in a fast paced, high growth environment

  • Excellent telephone and customer interaction skills

  • Ability for limited travel 25%
