Job Responsibilities
The General Manager leads a team of service & customer service professionals (2 Operations Managers, 3 Service Managers, Customer Service/Dispatch Manager, 2 Customer Service Representatives, and 20+ Pest Prevention Specialists) and reports directly to the Brand President. The ultimate responsibility of the General Manager is to manage the sales, customer service, and service-delivery components of our company operations while successfully leading a team to achieve budgeted revenue & profitability targets. This is achieved through the main job responsibilities, as follows:

The General Manager position is a vital role within our organization and will be based remotely. The following abilities are needed to be successful in this role:
Qualifications
Ability to work West Coast Hours Necessary; ideal candidate will be located on the West Coast
3 years of regional management experience in a route-based, service-oriented business (at least $5 million revenues) (pest control experience strongly preferred)
Bachelor's degree required (business management, accounting, or finance preferred)
5 years of people management experience
Valid drivers license
Pass background check (clean driving record, no criminal history)
Drug-free (pre-employment drug screening to be performed)
