Heidi Shaffer

Heidi is Threshold’s senior human resource executive with over 12 years’ experience. Responsible for managing employee-related resources, Heidi provides strong corporate HR leadership regarding employee development.

Heidi holds a B.S. Degree in Rehabilitation Services Education from the Pennsylvania State University. Heidi is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). Heidi is an active member and serves on the engagement committee of the local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
