Kent Caviness has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Kent started their career as an Accounts Payable Analyst at Total Settlement Solutions from June 2006 to April 2007. Kent then worked as a Cost Center Accountant - Labor and Payroll Related Cost Analyst from April 2007 to January 2010. Following that, Kent worked as a Treasury Analyst at Trinchero Family Estates from January 2010 to January 2014, where they supported the Director of Finance and CFO in implementing investment strategies and ensuring compliance. Kent was then promoted to the role of Senior Treasury Analyst from January 2014 to July 2018, where they took on additional responsibilities such as investment analysis and risk management. Kent then became a Treasury Supervisor at Trinchero Family Estates from July 2018 to July 2021 before assuming their current position as a Retirement Plan & Compensation Manager, where they manage retirement plan administration and compensation programs.
Kent Caviness completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued studies in the same field at Pacific Union College from 2006 to 2007, and Washington Adventist University from 2004 to 2006. Kent furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance from the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.
