Sarah Young

Sarah Young has a diverse range of work experience in various technical roles. Sarah started their career as a Software Developer at OpenBet, where they developed new features and fixed bugs in the software platform. Later, they worked at Buongiorno as a Content Provider Technical Support, Quality Assurance Engineer, and Technical Content Management Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for creating test plans, designing test cases, and providing technical support for a testing team in India. Sarah then joined Lumata as a DevOps Team member, providing operations support and troubleshooting platform components. Sarah also worked at Tyman PLC as a Systems Development Manager and at Totally Tech as a Technical Project Manager, managing a wide range of projects and overseeing a multifunctional team. Currently, they hold the positions of Lead Technical Program Manager and Senior Technical Program Manager at Thriva, where they work cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of a feature-rich and robust experience for partners and customers. Sarah has also played a crucial role in managing the end-to-end testing of a new platform and setting up processes for the platform tech team.

Sarah Young received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (MEng) from UCL, graduating in 2010. In addition to their formal education, Sarah also holds certifications in MCTIP Deploying Office 365 and MCTS Administering Office 365 from Microsoft. Sarah also obtained a certification in M102 Mongo DBA from 10gen in 2012.
