Joe Assini

Joe Assini has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as the Management Company Controller at Thrive Capital since August 2020. As a Co-Founder and Managing Member of Assini Property Management LLC since February 2017, Joe has also held significant roles including Vice President at Capstone Investment Advisors and Senior GP Accountant at Warburg Pincus LLC, where responsibilities included preparation of financial statements, coordination with investor communications, and cash management. Previous experience includes positions at Johnson & Johnson, ranging from FLDP Financial Analyst to Finance Coop, focusing on financial analysis and budget management, as well as an internship at Merrill Lynch. Joe Assini earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The College of New Jersey, graduating in 2012.
