Ralph Xavier Degala

Ralph Xavier Degala has a diverse work experience, spanning from 2013 to the present. Ralph Xavier started their career at EY as an Assurance Services - Senior from October 2013 to December 2014. Ralph Xavier then moved on to Transocean, where they worked as a Rig Controller from January 2015 to January 2016. Following that, they joined TOMS as a Senior Accountant from January 2016 to April 2018.

In 2018, Ralph took on multiple roles at different organizations. Ralph Xavier worked as a Board Member at Asian Pacific Islander Forward Movement from December 2018 to November 2021. Simultaneously, they participated in MasterChef USA Season 9 and became a Finalist from May 2018 to August 2018. During the same year, they also worked as an Accounting Manager at Kendo Brands, Inc. from September 2018 to December 2021.

In 2021, Ralph joined Fashion Nova as a Senior Manager of Accounting from November 2021 to May 2023. Ralph Xavier also served as the Chief Financial Officer at USAPAN from January 2021 to the present.

Most recently, Ralph started working at Thrive Causemetics Inc. as an Assistant Controller in May 2023. As a part of their career journey, they co-founded and served as the Chairman of the Board at UH Asian Business Student Association from August 2010 to the present.

Ralph Xavier Degala completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, attending the institution from 2007 to 2012.
