Nicholas Crum

Nicholas Crum is an industry expert, with 15 years’ multi-family experience encompassing five US markets; A, B, and C-class assets; stabilized, full renovation, and repositioning; both owner and fee management; as well as conventional, market-rate and affordable.

An expert in mixed-use asset management, Nick is solutions-driven, and his well-rounded background allows him to employ a creative mindset and outside-of-the-box thinking. During his tenure with Thrive, Nicholas has been nominated for Regional Portfolio Manager of the year by WMFHA at their annual industry awards ceremony: Emerald Awards and has also received the annual Thrive Value Award. Nicholas holds a CAPS credential and received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Indiana University South Bend.
