Martine Kalaw, MPA, is an accomplished professional in learning and development, currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Development at Salesloft since July 2024. As the Founder and CEO of Martine Kalaw Enterprises, LLC, established in January 2017, Martine offers comprehensive strategies for employee development and diversity initiatives, focusing on fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Previous roles include Director of Global Learning at FocusVision, and Senior Director of Learning & Development at Wheels Up, where Martine implemented key training programs and managed global learning initiatives.
