Dottie Cooper

Dottie Cooper is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning various roles in administration, support, and coordination. Currently serving as a Certified Peer Support at Thrive Peer Support since August 2020, Dottie also maintains a long-term role as a Representative for Avon since 2009. Previous positions include Executive Assistant roles at GCS Electric, Avon Lake Regional Water, and the Lorain County Urban League, where Dottie contributed to empowering disadvantaged communities. At Camaco Lorain Manufacturing, Dottie excelled as an Administration/Recruiting & Training Coordinator, overseeing project management, software upgrades, and logistics. Earlier experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at Dominion East Ohio, focused on public relations and event coordination. Dottie is an alumna of Lorain County Community College.
