Barbara Diaz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Barbara began their career in 2001 at The USA Bouquet Company, where they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and later became a Marketing Manager. In 2012, they transitioned to Barbara Diaz Photography, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, Salesperson, and Photographer. In 2014, Barbara joined McKinsey & Company as an Office Administrator for Finalta, a McKinsey Solution, specializing in financial services benchmarking. In 2016, they moved on to Superstar Activator, where they held the roles of Project Manager and Customer Success Manager/Operations Manager. Their most recent position is with ThriveDX, starting in 2020. Barbara began as an Admissions Advisor and progressed to roles such as Senior Advisor, Training Manager, Admissions Operations Manager, and currently serves as Associate Director of Admissions Operations.
