Nicole Brown

Nicole Brown is an accomplished educational leader currently serving as Vice President of Student Success at ThriveDX, where responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance learner outcomes, overseeing student support teams, and fostering career readiness initiatives. Previously, Nicole held several leadership roles at 2U, including Vice President of Customer Experience, where Nicole managed customer experience teams and collaborated with university partners to drive student success and business objectives. Nicole's extensive experience also includes positions in customer success and admissions, as well as practical roles in educational support and counseling. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Family Studies from Towson University, and a certificate in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Northwestern University.
