Nikosha Orchard

Nikosha Orchard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nikosha'smost recent position was as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at ThriveDX, where they worked from March 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they held roles such as the Associate Director of Community Relationships and the Associate Director of Program Strategy and Performance at the same company. Nikosha also served as the Program Director for Software Development/Data Science & Analytics and Senior Technical Program Manager for Software Development/Data Science & Analytics/UIUX. Before joining ThriveDX, Nikosha founded and served as the CEO of Radio Cake Records in 2018. Nikosha was also the Manager and Executive Producer at Just Him Productions from 2015 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Nikosha worked as a Director/Pedagogical Coordinator and Director of Admissions at Waldorf Sarasota. Nikosha also had a brief period as a Fourth Grade Teacher at the same institution. In addition, they worked as a Kindergarten Teacher at Potter Hill School and a Pre Kindergarten Teacher at Little Friends Farm.

Nikosha Orchard holds a Graduate Certificate in Waldorf Education from Sunbridge College. Prior to that, they pursued Undergraduate Studies in Business Administration and Management, General at Florida State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in the same field from Norwich University. In addition, Nikosha has obtained certifications in Social Listening with Explore: Foundations from Meltwater and as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
