Shirly Josef

Shirly Josef has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2003, they served as a Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces before transitioning to a managerial role in logistics operations at Elina Electronic Engineering in 2005. In 2009, they worked as an R&D Product Engineer at Pi-R-Squared, a startup in the medical devices field. The following year, they joined Tel Aviv University as a Teaching Assistant. In 2012, they worked at Procter & Gamble as a Brand Manager and later as part of the R&D Front-End Innovation group. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Global Marketing Summer Associate at Medtronic. Shirly then pursued an MBA degree at MIT Sloan School of Management from 2013 to 2015. Shirly joined Innovative Systems, Inc. in 2016, working as a Product Marketing Manager and eventually becoming the Product Director, overseeing the Product team and leading global partnerships. Currently, they hold the position of VP Product at ThriveDX Enterprise since 2022.

Shirly Josef has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they earned from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a MSc. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tel Aviv University from 2009 to 2011. Shirly also has a BSc. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, which they earned from 2006 to 2010.
