Elizabeth Odegaard BFA™ possesses extensive experience in financial services and training development. Currently serving as Director of Field Learning and previously as Director of New FA Training & Development at Thrivent since June 2016, Elizabeth collaborates with leadership to enhance training programs aligning with enterprise goals. Prior to Thrivent, Elizabeth worked at Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor, delivering tailored financial services and investment strategies. Earlier roles include Financial Representative at Thrivent Financial, where specialized analysis led to innovative solutions, and Director of Senior High Ministries at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, facilitating youth engagement and theological education. Elizabeth began their career managing Zorbaz Restaurant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augsburg University.
