Nilesh Butala

Nilesh Butala has significant experience in software development and engineering management, currently serving as an Engineering Manager for Application Development and Engineering Productivity at Thrivent. Previous roles include leading Drupal migrations at Nasdaq and serving as a Senior Manager in Software Development at Walmart. Nilesh has also worked as a Technical Lead for Kotak Life Insurance and held the position of Technical Architect at 3i Infotech Ltd. The early career included development work at i2iEnterprise Ltd., a BT Telecom India Company. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Mumbai, completed between 1996 and 2000.
