In that role, they were responsible for receiving and handling student inquiries and telephone calls, scheduling/coordinating meetings, conferences, special events, and appointments, maintaining calendars and main office email, establishing and maintaining filing systems, importing/exporting student data and verifying information accuracy, processing billing authorizations, and composing correspondence, forms, and reports.

Heidi Sullivan completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences at Pikes Peak State College in Accounting and Business/Management. Prior to that, they completed their High School Diploma at North Brunswick High School.

Heidi Sullivan reports to Ryan Tacke, COO. They are on a team with Angel Davis - Benefits Administrator, Nate Garza - COBRA Administrator, and Terri Lindholm - COBRA Administrator.
