Roy Wainer

Roy Wainer is the current VP of Finance & Strategy at Thriver. Roy has held this position since September of 2017 and is a senior member of the company’s steering committee. In their time at Thriver, Roy has led business development and strategic initiatives while also overseeing the finance, strategy, BI, business operations, and talent acquisition teams. Roy has also been responsible for the performance of the sales, customer success, and operations team - including metrics & KPIs, commission structures, goal settings, and performance review. Roy has worked closely with the company's founders and the board of directors to strategize expansion efforts and revenue growth and to prepare annual and quarterly budget and plans.

Prior to joining Thriver, Roy served as the Chief Financial Officer at D-Vision Systems from January 2014 to July 2017. Roy was responsible for leading capital raise funding of $48M from investment groups (Series A + Series B) and for managing and scaling the finance, strategy, BI, business operations, and talent acquisition teams.

Before their time at D-Vision Systems, Roy worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Variance Ascola Economic & Financial Consulting from August 2011 to December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for providing economic and financial analysis to support corporate decision making.

Roy began their career as an Analyst at Roy'shan ltd from January 2010 to December 2011 where they were responsible for conducting market research and feasibility studies for new product development.

Roy Wainer has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Roy Wainer reports to Eran Henig, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Vered Valeria Latman - VP of Marketing, Yishay Waxman - President & co-Founder.
