Eric Aguado

Eric Aguado has worked in a variety of roles since 1995. Eric began their career as an 11B in the US Army. After leaving the army, they worked as a PC Technician (aka Geek Squad) at Best Buy from 1998 to 2000. Eric then moved to Deloitte & Touche as a Network Technician from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Network Engineer at SolutionTeks. Since 2005, they have worked at ThrottleNet, Inc. as Chief Operations Officer and Director. In their role as COO, Eric helps to oversee all operations including hiring, product and service delivery, customer support and billing. As Director, they directly supervise all departmental personnel including fully-staffed Help Desk and ensures excellent and high quality support is being provided to all clients at all times.

Eric Aguado obtained an Associates degree in Information Technology from Saint Louis Community College between 1998 and 2000. Eric also has a number of certifications, including Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales from ConnectWise obtained in October 2020, A+ from CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) from Microsoft, and Network+ from CompTIA.
