Jennifer Daugherty Krentel, MSOD has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jennifer further pursued their education and obtained a Masters of Science in Organization Development from American University between 2009 and 2011. In addition, they have earned various certifications, including the Strategic Leadership Immersion Program - Leading Change from IntelliVen in 2019, the Managed Change Agent Certification from LaMarsh Global in 2014, and the Human Interactions Laboratory from the NTL Institute in 2009. Jennifer also holds a Certificate in Training from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
