Jennifer Daugherty Krentel

Jennifer Daugherty Krentel, MSOD has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at THRUUE, a role they have been in since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as Senior Principal, Business Development and Marketing at THRUUE from January 2020 to August 2022. Jennifer also served as a Strategy and Culture Change Leader at THRUUE from April 2015 to January 2020.

Before joining THRUUE, Jennifer was a Strategy and Change Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2013 to April 2015. Jennifer also had a significant tenure at Higher Achievement, where they held multiple positions including Director of Training and Organization Development from January 2007 to May 2012. In this role, they led a program and organizational expansion effort, overseeing operations, staff hiring, onboarding, and cultivating an organizational culture. Jennifer also worked as a Training Associate and Assistant Center Director at Higher Achievement.

Jennifer has also worked as an Independent Organization Development Consultant from February 2011 to April 2012 and as an Intake Coordinator at the Capital Immigrants Rights Coalition (CAIR) from August 2006 to December 2006. Through their various roles, Jennifer has gained extensive experience in strategy, business development, marketing, organization development, and culture change.

Jennifer Daugherty Krentel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Sociology from The University of Kansas, which they obtained between 2001 and 2006. Jennifer further pursued their education and obtained a Masters of Science in Organization Development from American University between 2009 and 2011. In addition, they have earned various certifications, including the Strategic Leadership Immersion Program - Leading Change from IntelliVen in 2019, the Managed Change Agent Certification from LaMarsh Global in 2014, and the Human Interactions Laboratory from the NTL Institute in 2009. Jennifer also holds a Certificate in Training from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
