Zoë Elterman

Zoë Elterman has an extensive work experience, beginning with their role as a Human Resources Intern at Intel Corporation in 2011. Zoë then worked as a Human Resources Intern at CBS Television Distribution in 2012, followed by a Human Resources Coordinator at CBS Radio in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Deckers Brands, as well as an Assistant Store Manager at Peet's Coffee. From 2016 to 2022, Elterman worked at RH in various roles, including Director, People Team (Data & Analytics), Director of People Operations, People Operations & Technology Leader, People Team Business Partner, Candidate Solutions Analyst, and Executive Assistant & Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Zoë is currently working as the Head of People at Thuma.

Zoë Elterman graduated from California Lutheran University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.
