Prachi Pundeer

Prachi Pundeer is an experienced professional in product management and design, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Thumbtack since June 2016. In this role, Prachi focuses on enhancing the end-to-end service booking experience to streamline project completion for customers while ensuring service professionals receive confirmed jobs. Previously, Prachi held positions at Thumbtack, including Product Lead for the Booking Experience and Product Manager for the Pro Experience, where responsibilities included developing tools for small businesses to improve customer acquisition and return on investment. Prior experience includes UX design roles at Yahoo, Facebook, Adobe, and Honeywell, with a solid educational foundation in Interaction Design (MFA) from the School of Visual Arts and Industrial Design from the National Institute of Design.
