TC Niedzialkowski is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Head of Security at Thumbtack since July 2024, TC previously held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Nextdoor from February 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included building the cybersecurity team in preparation for IPO and significant company growth. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Information Security Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where TC managed a team and a substantial budget. Early career roles at WhiteHat Security showcased expertise in application security, including the design of security programs and innovations such as the first Web Application Firewall integration.
