Koren Betty

Koren Betty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Delivery Director for Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud at Thunder starting in December 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at EPAM Systems, including Data Cloud Practice Lead, Director of Experience Consulting, and Associate Director of Experience Consulting. Koren also worked as a Principal Consultant at PolSource for two years and as the VP of Marketing at Constant Energy Capital from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they held positions at Celerity Information Services, Epsilon, GT Advanced Technologies, and Crystal Systems, Inc. In addition to their corporate experience, they worked as a Private Piano Instructor from 2001 to 2009.

Koren Betty earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Providence College, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Certified AI Associate, Loyalty Management Accredited Professional, Marketing Cloud Advanced Cross Channel Accredited Professional, Salesforce Data Cloud Accredited Professional, Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator, and Certified Pardot Specialist.
