Albert Atallah

Mr. Atallah has been our Vice President, Compliance and General Counsel, and a Director since 2000, having served as a consultant for us from 1997 to 2000. Before joining us, he was a partner with the California law firm of LaRocque, Wilson, Mitchell & Skola. He was admitted to the California and Michigan bars and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts of California and Michigan, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He received a B.B.A. in 1978 from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctorate in 1981 from the University of Detroit School of Law, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from the in 1989 from the University of San Diego School of Law. Mr. Atallah is a tax specialist certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization.
