Customer Education Manager at Thunkable

Lindsay Kregersen has a long and varied work experience. Lindsay started their career as Office Manager at Expedia CruiseShipCenters in 2000, before moving on to become a Manager, Trainer and Server at Milestones Grill + Bar. In 2004, they were appointed Senior Assistant Cruise Director at Princess Cruises, and in 2012 they became an Onboard Host at Rocky Mountaineer. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at lululemon athletica as a Key Leader and Educator in both Toronto and Vancouver. In 2014, they joined Top Hat as a Technical Writer, and was later promoted to Senior Instructional Designer and then Instructional Designer. In 2019, they moved to Ada Inc. as Instructional Design Lead, where they built the Ada Academy from scratch and developed eLearning content. In 2022, they started their current role as Customer Education Manager at Thunkable.

Lindsay Kregersen began their educational journey at Langara College. Lindsay then attended The University of British Columbia from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology. From 2012 to 2013, Lindsay attended the University of Victoria and earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Elementary Education and Teaching. In November 2021, they obtained a Customer Education Certificate Program: Strategy from Thought Industries. Additionally, they obtained an Organizational Learning and Development certification from LinkedIn in May 2022.
