Alicia Head

Alicia Head, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Learning and Talent at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund since January 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives in student development and talent management. Alicia has held various roles within TMCF, including Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Campus Relations, and Director of Human Resources, contributing to comprehensive human resource strategies and diverse talent acquisition. Prior experience includes positions at IT Works Recruitment Inc., Chase Professionals, and Kroger, focusing on technical recruiting and human resources management. Alicia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Capella University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Fort Valley State University.
