Kate Southworth

Kate Southworth serves as General Counsel at Research Associates, Inc. since February 2005, with prior roles as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Investigator. In this capacity, Kate conducts screening investigations for professional and skilled labor positions, verifying applicant qualifications through comprehensive interviews with various stakeholders. Additionally, Kate held editorial positions at the Journal of Law & Health while attending Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, contributing as Managing Editor and Associate Editor from August 2012 to May 2014. During the same period, Kate served as a Student Clinician at the Cleveland Marshall College of Law Civil Litigation Clinic, where responsibilities included authoring Amicus Curiae for the U.S. Supreme Court and arguing cases before local appellate courts.
