The leadership team at Thurston Community Media has a wide range of experience in the media industry. They have worked as interim executive directors, consultants, managers, and instructors. They have also worked in studio operations, hardware sales, and merchandising. In addition, they have interned at a college TV station. The team's educational backgrounds are in communications/television production, digital media, and film/video and post production.
